Finance & Banking

Control of the bank's own capital programmes, and live oversight of the construction projects it finances.

The challenge

Banks run continuous programmes of branch upgrades, fit-outs and headquarters builds across many locations, under strict internal governance. Each project is small; the portfolio is not. Banks are also lenders: they provide construction finance and project finance for developers, contractors and PPP companies, and their credit risk depends on projects they do not manage. A monthly report from the borrower shows overruns, unpaid commitments and slipping milestones only when it is too late to act.

What PMWEB digitalizes

What changes when delivery runs in PMWEB.

Portfolio of many small projects

Standard templates make each new branch quick to set up and easy to compare.

Governance by design

Approvals follow the bank's authority matrix, with a full audit trail.

Vendor and contract control

Framework agreements, call-offs and invoices in one place.

Real-time capital reporting

Spend against approved capex at any moment.

Lending on the live project record

Credit teams read the same PMWEB record the borrower uses to deliver the project, not a monthly PDF.

Drawdowns released against certified progress

Each drawdown is checked against certified work, pending commitments and the cost to complete, with early-warning signals across the loan portfolio.
