The PMIS core
PMWEB is a fully integrated, web-based PMIS for owners and the organisations that deliver for them. Cost, contracts, procurement, change, schedule, documents and governance live in one database, at portfolio, programme and project level.

CMCS is PMWEB's Authorized Implementation Partner for the GCC and MENA and its Global Partner of the Year 2025. PMWEB licences are supplied through CMCS, with implementation and support from the same team.
Why PMWEB
Every module shares one database, so a commitment, its changes and its payments are always the same record.
Forms, workflows and reports are configured. Your team, or your PMC, can maintain and extend the system without developers.
Portfolio, programme and project levels, with the governance and reporting an owner organisation needs.
Integrates with ERP, scheduling, GIS and document systems, and deploys in the cloud, on-premises or fully offline.
The commercial chain
Because each record in PMWEB is created from the one before it, line-item variance between estimate, budget, commitment and invoice is reported in real time, and every number can be traced to its source.
Capabilities
Configured to your contracts, your DoA matrix and your reporting, and confirmed in a business requirements document before configuration starts.
CMCS designs the Power BI dashboards our clients use inside PMWEB, from portfolio performance to FIDIC monthly reports. Every figure traces back to a PMWEB record. The examples below use demonstration data.

Governance
Decision rights should sit as close to the work as your delegation of authority allows. Information should sit in one shared, structured source that every decision maker draws from.
PMWEB does both. Workflows route each approval to the right role at the right value threshold, and every decision is recorded with the information it was made on, from project to portfolio to enterprise.
Project managers approve within their authority, on live data.
Value thresholds route larger decisions automatically.
The same forms and workflows on every project.
Who decided, when, and on what information.

New PMWEB 2026
AI is only as good as the data under it. A PMIS captures project communications at a granular level, through forms that validate data against predefined lists and workflows that record every review and approval. That is the data AI needs.
PMWEB 2026, now available, puts an AI Assistant on every record page, governed by PMWEB's Intelligence Control Framework. Where more is needed, Gryps adds forecasting, evaluation and document intelligence on the same data, and askAIRO, a new CMCS offering, answers from PMWEB and your ERP on the PMWEB you already run, including PMWEB hosted on your own servers.

Locate any record across projects by asking for it.
Go straight to the record, form or report you need.
Start a new record or generate an Adaptive Form from chat. AI advises; the operator decides.
Guidance in context, and an AI summary of the page. It respects your existing permissions.
Deployment
Hosting and infrastructure are provided by PMWEB or by your own IT. CMCS focuses on the PMIS itself.
Fully managed by PMWEB, with hosting in the UAE and in Saudi Arabia on Google Cloud's in-Kingdom region for data-residency requirements.
Installed on your infrastructure, under perpetual or subscription licensing.
Runs with no outbound connection for licensing, authentication, activation or updates, for organisations that require it.
Owners and delivery organisations around the world run their capital programmes on PMWEB. Below is a summary of published PMWEB customer case studies. They were delivered by PMWEB and its partners, so we do not reproduce them here. Contact CMCS and we will share the full case study for any that interests you.

If your organisation runs its capital programme on PMWEB, CMCS can work with your team to produce a case study on how you use it: the challenge, the processes you digitalized and the results. It is a chance to showcase your team's work to the industry. Nothing is published without your review and approval.
