Our services exist for one purpose: a PMIS your organisation adopts and relies on. From process mapping to support, one CMCS team is accountable for the result.
CMCS does not provide project-controls staffing or PMC services. We give your team, your PMC and your contractors the system they work in. That keeps us independent of the consultants you appoint, and on the same side as all of them.
What we deliver

PMIS advisory & process mapping
We map your processes, contracts, DoA matrix and reports to PMWEB. Your requirements are set out in our proposal and confirmed in a business requirements document before configuration begins.

Licensing
PMWEB licences and subscriptions, supplied through CMCS as PMWEB's Global Partner. SaaS, on-premises perpetual or subscription, and offline options.

Implementation & configuration
Portfolio and project structures, cost breakdown, forms, workflows, notifications, dashboards and reports, configured to the BRD. PMWEB is commercial off-the-shelf software and is configured, not customised in code.

Integration
ERP and connected applications designed, built, tested and supported by one CMCS delivery team. Connected apps

Data migration
Legacy project data brought into PMWEB once we understand how it is held: structure, media, volume and consistency across projects. PMWEB is programme-scoped, so many clients start new programmes in PMWEB and migrate legacy data in stages. This includes moving from Oracle Aconex and Oracle Unifier to PMWEB. Training & adoption
Role-based training for administrators, project teams, PMCs and contractors, with train-the-trainer programmes for large organisations.

Reporting & dashboards
Executive and portfolio dashboards in PMWEB and Power BI, built on a unified semantic model of PMWEB data, including a workflow task and performance dashboard that shows due and delayed tasks across every project. Power BI on PMWEB

Annual support and maintenance contracts, functional support, upgrades to new PMWEB releases such as PMWEB 2026, and new processes as your portfolio grows.

The workflow actions report shows what is approved, what is pending and what is overdue across budgets, commitments, changes and invoices, so delays surface before they cost money.

How you can engage us
Two routes to PMWEB. CMCS supports both.
The owner contracts CMCS
You want PMWEB as your own PMIS, independent of any PMC you appoint. CMCS licenses, implements, integrates, trains and supports, and the system stays with you when consultants change.
Your PMC proposes PMWEB
Your programme or project management consultant proposes PMWEB under its existing contract and implements standard processes with its own team. CMCS supplies licences, training and support, and delivers ERP and third-party integration where it is needed.
