CMCS understands the need for many organizations to have information about their projects visible in a different format than what off-the-shelf software applications will do. CMCS can design and roll out custom-tailored project management information system (PMIS) dashboards that are based on MS Power BI and MS SQL Report Writer software applications. CMCS will extract, load, transfer, associate, and prepare data from your different project management software applications and others to create a single point of the interface that addresses what you need to view.
Project Dashboard
A single project dashboard providing details of all key performance indicators (KPI) needed to report the status of the current project performance. The dashboard design will vary depending on each client’s reporting requirements.

Projects Portfolio Dashboard
A dashboard to report the performance of a program, programs or portfolio of projects. The dashboard will include the performance data needed to be reported. In addition, it will usually include a map to detail the location of projects. Those locations could be a single point or the boundary layout of each project.

Schedule Management Dashboard
Dashboards can be created for each project management perspective including those for cost, schedule, risk, procurement, documents, communications, quality, HSSE, sustainability and others.

BIM Enabled Dashboard
For projects that use Building Information Modelling, dashboards can be developed to associate the project management data with their relevant BIM model objects. Those could be for the project schedule (4D), cost (5D), quality (6D), and others.

Life Cycle Stage Gate Dashboard
Dashboards can be created for each project life cycle stage including pre-planning, design, tendering and procurement of contracts, construction, testing and commissioning, and closeout.

Map Enabled Dashboard
Dashboards can be created to track the procurement of major equipment and assets needed for a construction project. A map can be added to track the location of each piece of equipment and asset.

Quality Management Dashboard
Dashboards can be created to report on the status of all quality-related processes like concrete pouring, work inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and others. For projects that use BIM, the quality-related records can be associated with their relevant BIM model objects to enable visualizing those records.

HSSE Dashboard
Dashboards can be created to report on the status of all health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) related processes like safety incidents, safety violations, non-compliance reports, and others. The HSSE dashboards will use the resource-hours data captured in the daily reports to calculate the HSSE measures of LTI, LTIFR, LTISR and LTI score.

Risk Management Dashboard
A Dashboard can be created to report the project’s risk status detailed pre-mitigation and post-mitigation likelihood, impact, and score. The dashboard can also report on the project’s contingency drawdown.

Testing & Commissioning Dashboard
Dashboards can be created to report on the different inspections needed during the testing and commissioning stage. Those could be pre-startup, pre-energization, functional, and performance testing. For projects that use BIM, each piece of equipment that was subject to testing can be visualized when associating those inspections with their relevant BIM model object.
